IVA Debt Consolidation Instead of Bankruptcy
A year ago, I was in a struggle to pay off all my debts. Believe me, I was almost on the verge of declaring bankruptcy just to get rid of all those debts. Good thing, my debt counselor helped me through the process, so instead of declaring bankruptcy, I chose IVA Debt Consolidation. My counselor helped me made a proposal, so my creditors will approve the Individual Voluntary Arrangement. Listing down all the reasons why said financial problems came about and indicating how much monthly payment I can give in five years, the creditors approved my proposal, so now I’m on the process of eliminating all my debts. Four years is still a long way, but it’s nothing compared to the negative publicity that I should have gotten from declaring bankruptcy.
