Buying a House
My husband and I can’t afford much when it comes to buying a house. We have been saving, but don’t have enough saved up yet. However, we don’t want to miss out on this great opportunity to get a house. The economy might be bad, but it’s a buyers market. Houses are selling for less and less, so we are hoping to get something good. All we can really afford right now is a modular home, so we talked to Northern California manufactured homes dealers in our area. While we don’t really want to purchase a new manufactured home, we did want all of the information they could give us. That way we can make an informed decision when the time comes.
