Why I want to shed a few pounds.

My old friend Mike called me the other day and wanted to plan a hiking trip in the spring. We use to take hiking trips all the time when we were younger;however that was a good fifteen years ago and I have gained a lot of weight. I told him that I would be more than happy to take another trip with him. After I got off the phone I knew that I had to find a quick weight loss diet before I could even think about doing any sort of hiking. Maybe this was my wake up call to lose some weight.
