Growing up my mother played the piano wonderfully. She even had a wonderful business teaching piano out of the home so that she could stay home for my sister and I. This winter time has proven to be most unusual where I live.  For a Nature Photographer, compared to the winters past, there have been too many stay inside dreary days. I try to keep myself inspired by studying the photographic work of other photographers.  Looking at their images in books and magazines gives me hope and inspiration for when the spring returns.  We haven’t had any snow in the area as yet and I am hoping that we do. The snow would give me an opportunity to go and photograph a couple of locations that are on my “photo opp” list.  There is an old church not far that I would love to capture with freshly fallen snow all around it.

Are there certain places that it don’t hurt as bad to get a tattoo? My tattoo on my arm definitely hurt. Some say there are certain spots that hurt more then others. Some people are beginning to get them on their face I can’t even imagine how much thats has to sting. Lil’ Wayne has tattoos on his eye lids, thats pretty bizarre it looks as if tattoos are starting to become more and more popular. Many of the A-listers are getting more tattoos,I would say that probably has much to do with why more people are getting them. What do you people think? I’m curious to see if anyone else is seeing more tattoos too.

I’m sitting here listening to music, reading famous quotes and sayings. One thing I just realized, is that most of the music I’m listening to is full of famous quotes and sayings. Is that plagiarizing? And a lot of songs we quote other people. What point does this become plagiarizing, or stealing content? It really is a matter of opinion, unless lawyers get involved. You can’t steal another tune from another song and call it your own, but can you take lyrics and use them in your song? How about quotes and sayings? Or are we just nit picking? What is your opinion?
