Usually screening and conveyor sconsists of several barriers placed in different stations. The barriers prevent items from going forward with the conveyor belt and allow workers or machines to perform some procedures in order to make the manufacturing process progress. There are also some types of screening and conveyors which are primarily designed for safety considerations. As you may know, machines do have limits on how much work they can handle. Overloading these machines could lead to some serious safety risks. Screening and conveyors help prevent injuries or machine destruction by making sure that the machine is only given the amount of load it can handle.
