Finding Results
After the learn card magic electro-blotting, the membranes were soaked in the Amido Black stain solution overnight. The membranes were then soaked three times, for about 45 minutes each time, in the same fixer/destainer solution mentioned. The cathode buffer was placed in between the two wells and 10 (ml) samples were placed into the wells in the following order: #1 VII-S, #5 Citraconylated Derivative, #2 & #6 marker, #3 & #8 II-A, and #4 & #7 VI-S. The anode running buffer was used to fill the container and then the gel was run at 96 V and 25 mA for about 4 hours.
